Good Dogs

Have you ever tried to get dogs to pose? I don't take many pictures of our three dogs because the results are usually disappointing.


Sit!


Stay!



Face the camera!


 
Bad Dog!



Stop chewing on your brother!




 Oh well.


One day I was out walking with  two of the dogs. It was a beautiful day and as I crested a hill, the mountains came into view.  Chante and Huka were just being dogs looking for rabbits to chase, but they were in the way. Sigh. I decided to start taking pictures and see what happened. As I zoomed in closer, they stopped.





And then they sat down.


And stayed.
